Notice of Default

After 90 to 95 days past due. This sets the process in motion.
 
Attorneys or Trustee
The process is procedural in accordance with
 a non-judicial foreclosure. The trustee is instructed to initiate the lenders power of sale clause.
 
Notice of Sale
You are give 90 days before the home is sold.  Allowed 5 days (prior to sale) to reinstate or provide a payoff for the balance outstanding.
 
Proper Procedures for the NOD
The notice of default is sent  by certified mail or registered mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested. Its delivered to the current owner and mortgagor of record.
